Tuesday Video: Food reform from an 11-year-old

During a recent TEDx "Next Generation" event, an 11-year-old named Birke Baehr talked about what's wrong with the food system. He started off criticizing all the phony advertising, in addition to the dangers of genetically modified foods, CAFOs, synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, and food irradiation. He even talks about the high costs of organic produce. My favorite quote: "It seems to me that we can either pay the farmer or we can pay the hospital." Incredible. You've got to see this:
