According to the recent Downtown Spokane Partnership e-Newsletter, downtown Spokane will be getting four new bright blue recycle bins in late June or early July. The new recycle bins will be modeled after the very modern garbage cans that have been replacing the circa Expo-74 bins over the last year or so.
