Bicycling and beer, two of DTE's favorite subjects.  And each full moon, two factors that help define one of Spokane's finest organizations.   So when we get stories, videos, or random bits of information passed our way about either one of the two, we like to share it with you.

Top 8 green U.S. breweries - A big congratulations goes out to a couple regional breweries who were picked by the Huffington Post Green as the top 8 green breweries in the country: The Fish Brewing Company out of Olympia, and Full Sail Brewing Company out of Hood River Oregon.  If HuffPo did a list of greenest distilleries, there's no question that Spokane's own Dry Fly would be tops.  See the rest of the list of breweries and why they made it HERE. 

Pedal Power - How about this for a neat little invention from a company called PedalPower+, a device that will charge your cell phone or iPod while you ride.  This patented technology is said to be able to fully charge your devices in about 2 hours.  So instead of draining energy from your standard charging devices, you can pedal away to power your tunes or means of tweeting.  Check it out HERE.
