Beau Rivage Apartments to grow

The developer of the large apartment complex next to Spokane Neighborhood Action Program’s Riverwalk Point II addition off Upriver Drive plans to build 78 more units, according to Spokane County records.
Rudeen Development LLC has received a Spokane County grading permit for the expansion to Beau Rivage Apartments , built between spring 1997 and February 1999. It will include four three-story apartment buildings with carports.
It’s unkown how much the expansion will cost. Rudeen still must apply for a building permit.
Company representatives could not be reached for comment.
Beau Rivage has averaged 97 percent occupancy since completion, according to Rudeen’s Web site .
