They are each facing charges of felony injury to a child and misdemeanor domestic violence stemming from the March 31 crash that killed Autumn Barnes. Police say Jamison lost control of the sport-utility vehicle, which rolled and landed on its roof. Court records say Jamison had methamphetamine in her system at the time. Officials say Autumn Barnes wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle. She died at the scene. Court records show Barnes and Jamison filed for divorce after the crash.
