It’ll be Brody vs. McKenzie in November in the race for the Idaho Supreme Court. With 917 of 938 precincts reporting – 98 percent – Rupert attorney Robyn Brody had 30 percent; state Sen. Curt McKenzie was in second place with 28 percent; and Clive Strong and Sergio Gutierrez both had 21 percent. That sets up a runoff in November between Brody and McKenzie.
