Butch Otter’s end-of-session press conference on Monday and report on what he’ll do in response to the session, including the last-minute failure of legislation aimed at the health care coverage gap. In many ways, this is the other shoe to drop, as the executive branch of our state government responds to the action of the legislative branch, which has taken center stage for the last three months.
