Rubio, Cruz set Idaho rallies in advance of Tuesday primary

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio will hold campaign rallies in Boise and Idaho Falls on Sunday, hitting Idaho Falls first at 5:30 p.m., and then Boise at 7:30 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public, but registration is required; there’s info on the Idaho Falls event here and Boise here. The Idaho Falls event will be at the Ball Ventures hangar near the Idaho Falls airport; the Boise one will be at Jackson Jet Center at the Boise Airport.

Meanwhile, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is planning a rally at the North Idaho Fairgrounds in Coeur d’Alene on Saturday at 2 p.m.; there’s more info here.

Idaho’s Republican presidential primary is on Tuesday; the Constitution Party of Idaho also will be holding its presidential primary that day. The Idaho Democratic Party will make its presidential delegate selections in March 22 county caucuses.
