Ketchum joins Sandpoint in banning cell phones while driving

Officials in Ketchum have begun enforcing a city ordinance banning the use of cellphones while driving. KTVB-TV reports that the city of Ketchum passed the ordinance in April, but officials wanted to give residents enough time to learn about the new ban and put up signs.
