Hundreds of students and families are gathered on the steps of the Statehouse to celebrate School Choice Week with an annual rally and signature yellow scarves. Speakers at the rally include West Ada 2015 teacher of the year Shawna Exline and Superintendent of Public Instruction Sherri Ybarra, reports Clark Corbin of Idaho Education News.
