Little breaks tie, sign-language interpreter licensing bill will go to governor

Lt. Gov. Brad Little has broken a 17-17 tie in the Senate on HB 152a, regarding licensing of sign-language interpreters; Little voted yes, so the bill will go to Gov. Butch Otter’s desk. It earlier passed the House on a 43-22 vote.
