Blue Cross hires Micron’s Reynoldson as its new chief lobbyist
Blue Cross of Idaho has hired Mike Reynoldson, government affairs manager for Micron Technology for the past 10 years, as its new director of governmental affairs. Reynoldson will oversee legislative and regulatory issues and act as a liaison to state and federal health entities for Blue Cross; he takes over from Julie Taylor, who retired. Prior to joining Micron, Reynoldson was Idaho public affairs manager for US West and Qwest Communications, served as executive director of the Idaho Republican Party, and worked as a field representative for the Republican National Committee; he holds a marketing degree from Boise State University.
