Finman says Nonini is getting better and plans to be in Boise to take part in the 2014 session in January. A hospital spokeswoman on Sunday cited federal privacy laws in declining to release any information to The Associated Press, including whether Nonini is at the hospital. Finman says the family is requesting privacy so that Nonini can rest and get better.
