Senate ethics panel to meet Mon., 8 a.m.
The Senate Committee on Ethics will meet Monday at 8 a.m. in room WW17 on the lower level of the state Capitol, committee Chairman Dean Mortimer, R-Idaho Falls, has announced. The six-member, bipartisan panel will investigate an ethics complaint against Senate Resources Chairman Monty Pearce, R-New Plymouth, regarding non-disclosure of a conflict of interest in oil and gas legislation.
