How senators voted…

Here's how the Senate voted in the 18-15 vote to put HB 464, the oil/gas bill, back on the Senate's 3rd Reading Calendar without amending it. Two senators, John Andreason, R-Boise, and Bert Brackett, R-Rogerson, were absent and missed the vote:

Voting yes: Sens. Bair, Fulcher, Goedde, Hammond, Heider, Hill, Lodge, McKague, McKenzie, Mortimer, Nuxoll, Pearce, Rice, Siddoway, Smyser, Tippets, Vick and Winder.

Voting no: Sens. Bilyeu, Bock, Broadsword, Cameron, Corder, Darrington, Davis, Johnson, Keough, LeFavour, Malepeai, Schmidt, Stennett, Toryanski and Werk.

Sens. Jim Hammond, R-Coeur d'Alene, and Curt McKenzie, R-Nampa, are the two senators who switched sides to tip the balance; Sen. Bart Davis was absent for Friday's vote but was present today and voted yes.
