Four GOP presidential candidates have filed for Idaho's March 6 Republican presidential caucus, the Idaho Republican Party reports: Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich. The party today issued a "final call" for others who want to participate, with Chairman Norm Semanko saying, “We welcome all Republican presidential candidates who are seriously campaigning to secure the Republican Party’s nomination in 2012 to visit our great state, to discuss issues important to Idahoans, and to campaign for Idaho’s 32 delegates to the Republican National Convention.” Click below for the Idaho GOP's full announcement.

IDAHO GOP PRESIDENTIAL CAUCUS CANDIDATE FILING DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 5
Boise, Idaho – The Idaho Republican Party issued a final call today for Republican Presidential Candidates who wish to participate in the Idaho Republican Presidential Caucuses. At the winter meeting of its governing body, the Idaho Republican Party’s State Central Committee set a 30-day filing deadline, along with an accompanying filing fee, for Republican Presidential Candidates to be included in the first-ever Idaho Republican Presidential Caucus that will take place on Super Tuesday, March 6.
Any candidate who desires to appear on the first-ever Idaho Republican Party Presidential Caucus ballot should submit his or her filing fee along with a declaration of candidacy letter certifying that he or she meets the U.S. Constitutional requirements to be President of the United States and has met the specific requirements of the Federal Election Commission for presidential candidates to political director Trevor Thorpe at Idaho GOP headquarters at 208-343-6405 or trevor@idgop.org.
To date, four Republican Presidential Candidates have qualified for the ballot: Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich (in the order they filed).
