Plan backer: Kids need ‘state of the art learning tools’
Michael Fuller, a private religious educator from Nampa who also works in educational technology at Boise State University, said, "Each kid in Idaho should have high-quality teachers and state-of-the-art learning tools." He spoke in favor of the Luna reform plan. "I understand that technology alone does not necessarily increase test scores or learning of students," Fuller said. But it does provide students with important skills, he said.
