Dotty Douglas, a mother of two from Boise, asked lawmakers, "What college is going to look at six online classes as being as strong or equal to six in-person classes? I predict few." She said her son would be among the first group of high-schoolers affected; she asked lawmakers not to hurt his high-school education or his college chances.
