A freeze warning is in effect Thursday morning for areas along the I-90 corridor from Moses Lake into Coeur d'Alene. Temperatures are expected to fall into the low 30s which could threaten cold sensitive plants. Once the sun rises, temperatures will quickly pop back up with highs for most of the region expected to rise back into the 60s. A few localized. pop-up showers will continue into Thursday, but Friday will be quiet for most of the region with the sun making an appearance. Bloomsday and Expo '74 kickoff weekend is looking more active with a 40% chance of rain. Temperatures will reach the upper 60s on Saturday, but expect a fall-off of around 10 degrees for the high temperature on Sunday.
