Spokane police encounter with intoxicated man (WARNING: Contains offensive language)

The Spokane Police Department released this video on its Facebook page on August 10, 2016, noting the extreme patience of the Sgt. Eric Kannberg, who was wearing the body camera that filmed the encounter. The department also identified the man as Cory Counts. Counts' attorney has questioned the department for releasing the video and releasing his name. WARNING: This video contains offensive language.
