Troopers stop erratic vehicle driving wrong way on I-90 in Spokane Valley

Troopers subdued a vehicle driving the wrong way on Interstate 90 by forcing it onto a concrete barrier at about 2:30 p.m. Monday.

The Subaru Forester was disabled in the eastbound lane in Spokane Valley near Argonne Road, according to Washington State Patrol.

One male was arrested.
