Auto Credit Sales building new office in north Spokane

Auto Credit Sales is building a new office at its north Spokane dealership, according to plans filed with the city.

The dealership is demolishing two commercial structures, two residential homes and two storage sheds and building a new, 3,000-square-foot office at 2712 N. Ruby Road, according to a recently filed environmental review.

The project is valued at $525,000 and will be built in two phases, according to city documents.

Auto Credit Sales has four dealerships in the Spokane area and Idaho.

The project architect is Spokane Valley-based Mercier Architecture & Planning. The project contractor is Spokane-based Yost Gallagher Construction.
