Hachimura shines for Wizards

Former Gonzaga Bulldogs standout Rui Hachimura scored 19 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the Washington Wizards’ 88-85 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Monday in NBA Summer League action in Las Vegas.

Hachimura sank 6 of 14 shots from the floor, missing both of his 3-point tries. He knocked down 7 of 8 from the free-throw line and added a steal and a blocked shot. He had just two turnovers while playing 29 minutes.
