Drew Timme, perhaps Gonzaga’s top target in the 2019 recruiting class, and 2019 commit Brock Ravet are visiting GU this weekend.

The 6-foot-10, 225-pound Timme has the Zags in his top 10. The Richardson, Texas, native is ranked 29th by Rivals.com and 59th by ESPN.com.

Timme has visited Texas A&M. GU is the second of his five expected visits. Other schools interested in Timme include Arizona, Alabama, Michigan State, Illinois and Louisville.

The 6-2 Ravet has led Kittitas High to two straight State 2B titles. He averaged 31 points, nine assists, 8.5 rebounds and 3.3 steals as a junior and had a strong summer on the AAU circuit.

Four-star guard Rejean “Boogie” Ellis listed Gonzaga among his eight finalists in mid-August, but it appears the Zags are no longer in the picture.

Ellis has received offers from Duke and North Carolina in the last month. He’s soared from No. 94 in mid-August to No. 40 on ESPN’s top 100.
