The Eastern Washington women are assured of a first-round bye in next week’s Big Sky Conference Tournament, the conference confirmed Thursday afternoon.
With one game left at Northern Arizona on Friday, the Eagles (16-13 overall, 11-6 in the Big Sky) can finish no higher than second place but no lower than fourth.
Final standings will be determined after regular-season play ends on Friday.
Eastern will open tournament play with a quarterfinal game on Wednesday.
