Girls basketball: Maisie Burnham scores 29 points and Liberty rolls past Tekoa-Rosalia

Maisie Burnham scored 29 points and Liberty (13-7, 12-4) defeated visiting Tekoa-Rosalia (2-16, 0-13) 71-33 in a Northeast 2B league finale on Saturday. Gwynn Razo led Tekoa-Rosalia with 11 points.

Colfax 53, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague 23: Carmen Gfeller scored 16 points and the Bulldogs (16-4, 13-2) defeated the visiting Broncos (10-9, 8-8). Tessa O’Brien led Lind-Ritzville/Sprague with eight points.

St. George’s 64, Wilbur-Creston 23: Mia Smith notched 10 points with 11 rebounds and the Dragons (15-5, 13-3) rolled past the visiting Wildcats (3-17, 3-13). Alicia Johnson and Schie Springstead scored eight points apiece for Wilbur-Creston.

Kettle Falls 53, Springdale 38: Taylor Dunlap tallied 17 points and the Bulldogs (8-12, 7-9) defeated the visiting Chargers (1-16, 1-14). Nichole Beckman scored 17 points to lead Springdale.

Davenport 53, Northwest Christian 52: Lainy Jacobson scored from the block with four seconds left and the Gorillas (17-3, 15-1) edged the visiting Crusaders (15-5, 12-4). Natalie Smith led Northwest Christian with 15 points.

Asotin 37, Reardan 34: Adrienne Washington scored 24 points and the Panthers (4-13, 4-11) edged the visiting Indians (7-13, 5-11). Kim Dewey led Reardan with 14 points.

Southeast 1B

Colton 65, Oakesdale 33: Dakota Patchen knocked down seven 3-pointers for 21 points and added six steals and the Wildcats (17-1, 12-0) beat the visiting Nighthawks (15-5, 7-5). Rylee Vining chipped in 11 points for top-rated Colton and Emma Perry netted 10 points for Oakesdale.

St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse 42, Waitsburg 18: Glory Dickerson scored 13 points and the visiting Eagles (6-13, 2-10) defeated the Cardinals (0-11, 0-10). Chloe Pearson led Waitsburg with four points.
