Boys soccer roundup: Devin Hauenstein scores clincher for Central Valley over Mead
Devin Hauenstein scored the eventual game-winning goal in the 54th minute and visiting Central Valley beat Mead 3-2 in Greater Spokane League action on Wednesday.
Mead picked up goals by Kaden Evans and Caiden Fickenscher after the 70th minute but the Panthers didn’t find the equalizer.
CV scored twice in the first five minutes on goals by Conner Wold and Tyler Jones. Hauenstein assisted on the Bears’ second goal.

Lewis and Clark 4, Rogers 0: Brooks Schaaf scored twice and the Tigers beat the host Pirates.
Ferris 5, Shadle Park 0: Caden Martin scored three goals and tacked on an assist and the Saxons defeated the Highlanders at Albi Stadium.
University 1, Mt. Spokane 0: Cole Dobson scored in the 26th minute and the Titans beat the visiting Wildcats.
