Gymnastics roundup: Zella Conley, Mead dominate opening GSL meet

Mead’s Zella Conley won both the uneven bars and the vault as she took the overall title with a score of 37.1 in a GSL meet hosted by Lewis and Clark at Mead.

Mead cruised to the overall team win with 172.25 points. LC came in second at 136.525.

Conley’s teammate Mya Stein claimed the balance beam and finished second overall at 35.05, while another Panther, Lauren Morse, had the best score on the floor exercise and took third with 34.125.
