Fire damages Allie’s Vegan Pizzeria in Spokane

A fire damaged Allie’s Vegan Pizzeria & Cafe in north Spokane on Sunday afternoon.

It began outside the restaurant, burning grass and juniper bushes, and spread to the building’s attic and roof, the Spokane Fire Department said. Damage from the flames and smoke was estimated at $30,000.

One person at the scene received a minor burn and another had smoke inhalation. Both were treated by paramedics at the scene.

Allie’s is at 4803 N. Nevada St.
