Man robs Post Falls check cashing business

A man armed with a gun robbed the Check ‘n Go at 740 N. Cecil Road in Post Falls Tuesday evening, escaping with an undisclosed amount of cash. A silent alarm at the business was activated around 6 p.m. While police were on their way to the business an employee called 911 to report that they had just been robbed at gun point, according to a press release from the Post Falls Police Department. The man was described as white, in his mid to early 20’s with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans and a mask over his lower face. He left the area in a silver two-door car thought to be a Dodge Challenger or Dodge Charger with silver tire rims and a black front grill. It has a partial license plate of AHO-33.
