The Senior Resource Panel is having a free discussion on the Art of Downsizing and luncheon at Rockwood South Hill on Thursday.

Speakers include DeAnne Wilfong of Smooth Transitions, Vince McPhail of Edward Jones and Kathy Bryant of EXL Realty.

Center sets resource fair

The Spokane Valley Senior Center is having a resource and informational fair Friday at CenterPlace.

Local professionals are available to help seniors and their families find local services.
