Employee hit in leg by shots fired into Spokane bar
Early morning gunfire in downtown Spokane injured a worker at a bar that had just ejected the suspected shooter before the incident, police said.
Spokane police are looking for two men, one of whom fired a shot through the front window of Lion’s Lair in the 200 block of West Riverside Avenue just before 2 a.m. One of the suspects is described as a black man, standing about 5 feet 10 inches tall and wearing jeans and a hooded sweatshirt. Police said he was the one who fired the bullet that struck an employee in the leg.
The employee was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to a news release.
