Pac-12 picks Christian Caple
Do I still get to brag about going undefeated picking Pac-12 winners if Idaho State and New Mexico State are involved?
Wait. Don’t answer that. But do take this week’s picks to the house, because I’m feeling lucky. (Caution: I always feel lucky).
All games Saturday. All lines for entertainment and new-boat-money purposes only.
California at Oregon, UO by 36 1/2: This one might see a running clock by game’s end. UO 52-10.
Colorado at Oregon St., OSU by 11: It’s been a long layoff for the Buffaloes, and who knows if that’s good or bad. OSU will find out. OSU 42-24.
USC at Arizona St., ASU by 5 1/2: Hard to see the Trojans, with their offense as it is, going anywhere in this conference and winning on the road. ASU 28-14.
Arizona at Washington, UW by 10: Have a feeling the scoreboard operators will get an honest day’s work in Seattle. UW 45-38.
Stanford at WSU, Stanford by 11: Here it is, the upset pick of the week. David Yankey out, Ed Reynolds sitting the first half, Cougars on a defensive roll. Stars are aligning. WSU 24-20.
Last week: 7-0 straight up, 4-3 against the spread.
Overall: 32-4, 22-14.
