Man’s body found in east Spokane

Spokane police are investigating after a man’s body was found this morning on a sidewalk near the intersection of South Helena Street and East Pacific Avenue. A neighbor found the man’s body while out walking, a release from the police department said. The medical examiner’s office is conducting an autopsy.
