Jessica Boyer and Alexandra Potts scored eight points apiece and the Wilbur-Creston girls basketball team edged Moses Lake Christian 36-35 Friday in a state regional game at Eastmont High School in East Wenatchee.
The win earned the Wildcats (20-4) a trip to Spokane for the State 1B tournament Thursday through Saturday.
Kaelee Reed added six points and eight rebounds for Wilbur-Creston.
Colton 89, Columbia 27: Savannah Chadwick made five 3-pointers and led four players in double figures with 17 points as the Wildcats (22-1) dumped the Lions (15-9) in Walla Walla to earn a trip to Spokane.
Kaden Dahmen added four 3-pointers and 12 points for Colton, which led 56-14 at halftime.
Shahnoa Williams tallied a team-high nine points for Columbia, which was eliminated.
St. John-Endicott 42, Tulalip Heritage 38: The Eagles (19-6) won at Lynnwood HS in Bothell to earn a final-eight berth. Details were not reported.
Sunnyside Christian 57, Tekoa-Oakesdale 51: Kara den Hoed scored 26 points and Stormee Van Belle added 19 as the Knights pulled away in the second half and eliminated the Nighthawks (17-6) in Walla Walla.
Alex Overton scored 17 points and Cassandra Mendoza 10 for T-O.
Yakima Tribal 41, Republic 34: Lynndel Wapsheli scored 14 points to guide the Eagles past the Tigers (17-6). Brianna Brown and Haley McRae scored seven points each for Republic.
