Free Scary Face Pancakes - Participating area IHOP restaurants will be giving out free Scary Face pancakes to children age 12 and under. Each oversized buttermilk pancake can be decorated with whipped cream, strawberry, Oreo cookies and candy corn. Today, 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
