For the week of Aug. 29-Sept. 2

Monday – Breaded veal with mushroom sauce, baked potato with sour cream, beets, rye bread, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday – Chef’s chicken salad with dressing, three-bean salad, pineapple slaw, dinner roll, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Wednesday – Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, wheat bread, blushing pears.

Thursday – Salisbury steak with gravy, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts, cornbread, peaches.

Friday – Chicken cacciatore over pasta, Capri-blend vegetables, yellow wax beans, garlic breadstick, berry cobbler.
