Police Arrest Eight Men After Drug Buying Operation

Eight men were arrested on drug charges Saturday night after a 10-day drug buying operation by Spokane police.

Officers from the new Bike Enforcement Team bought crack cocaine in the West First Avenue area.

All eight suspects were booked on charges ranging from possession with intent to sell or deliver, to conspiracy to deliver. A ninth suspect still is being sought.

Those arrested are: Michael K. Boyde, 34, who was just released from prison; Larry D. Cooke, 43, who gave his address as 612 E. Nora; Willie G. Henderson, 20, on work release from the Cornelius House on South Thor; Kevin E. Jolly, 28, of Newport, Wash.; William H. Wallace, 56, of the Jefferson Hotel; Tom A. Warner, 47, who gave his address as 1115 W. First; William A. Woodcox, 25, who gave his address as 1115 W. First; and James A. Zingale, 41, who gave his address as 1123 W. First.
