Shell 77 Memorial Dedication at the base's Memorial Park, May 3, 2014. honored Capt. Mark "Tyler" Voss, Capt. Victoria "Tory" Pinckney and TSgt. Herman "Tre" Mackey III lost their lives on May 3, 2013 in a KC-135 Stratotanker crash in Kyrgyzstan.
