Approval letter sent on pothole claim

Alternative Service Concepts sent this letter, one of two offering a settlement amount for claims of damage incurred in February 2017 from potholes, to Gerald Click, whose 2010 Lincoln sedan needed four new tires after he struck a gash near Spokane Falls Community College.
