Indictment of Spokane Officer Karl F. Thompson

A federal grand jury indicted Spokane Police Officer Karl F. Thompson Jr. on June 22, 2009, on two counts. He was the first officer to respond to the confrontation that resulted in Otto Zehm’s death and sparked a cry for citizen police oversight.
