Public input sought for Mission Ave. trailhead in Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley city officials are asking the public to help design improvements to the Centennial Trail access point at Mission Avenue near Flora Road. They have scheduled a public meeting for Jan. 26 at 6:30 p.m. at the clubhouse of the River House Apartments, 16621 E. Indiana Ave.

The improvements will be in addition to trailhead facilities installed in conjunction with construction of the apartments. Members of the public are invited to bring their ideas. Work is planned for this spring or summer.
