TRCP CEO says budget cuts part of federal lands transfer push
Whit Fosburgh, president and CEO of the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, said that a concerted effort in Congress to curb spending on federal lands management is designed to foment discord over that management and build support for transfer of those lands to states.
