Oh my goodness! Bill McCrory of OpenCDA.com has declared Steve Widmyer, a former finance manager of the Coeur d'Alene resort and successful Lake City small-business man, to be (wait for it) -- UNSUITABLE for mayor. And I quote Mary Souza's Man Friday: "OpenCdA believes that Widmyer is not a suitable candidate.  He is not a good fit to be Mayor of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho." McCrory lists 3 reasons why Widmyer is unsuitable for Coeur d'Alene mayor. Meanwhile, I recall that Mary told me during a visit on the day of her announcement that she was distancing herself from the OpenCDA.com site that she founded with McCrory.
