Fix the empty streets

It would be a great time to repair and resurface city streets. By that I mean downtown streets. At this time, with all the stores and bars and restaurants closed, parking is limited because all the worker bees are home so why not, when it would make it easy for all to repair our bombed-out city center.

I had some friends down from Canada last fall and they were amazed at how terrible out streets are. They live in the frozen north were winter temps reach -30F, which raises hell in the spring when the frost comes out of the ground. They were surprised that people weren’t marching on city hall to get something done.

So I think now would be the best time ever to get the streets at least drive-able.
