Football roundup: Isaiah Ervin and East Valley run all over North Central

East Valley 34, North Central 19: Isaiah Ervin rushed for 239 yards with a pair of touchdowns and the Knights (4-5) defeated the Indians (2-8) in a Week 10 crossover game at Albi Stadium on Thursday.

Felix Morales added two 1-yard rushing TD for the Knights, while Rodrick Fisher had seven catches for 92 yards with a 17-yard touchdown. Michael Stacy had 150 yards with two touchdowns on 18 carries for North Central.

Ferris 29, Pasco 0: Kwame Qadi ran for 44 yards with two touchdowns and the Saxons beat the Bulldogs in a Week 10 crossover game at Edgar Brown Stadium. Brock Bozett added added 33 yards on the ground with a touchdown for the Saxons.

Colton 34, Touchet 16: Reece Chadwick scored a rushing touchdown, caught a TD pass and grabbed three interceptions and the visiting Wildcats (7-3, 2-2) came from 16 points down to beat the Indians (1-6, 1-3) in a Southeast 1B contest.

Chadwick rushed nine times for 50 yards and caught four passes for 70 yards. Parker Druffel had 20 carries for 161 yards – including a 53-yard score – and threw two TD passes.

The Wildcats will open the 1B playoffs on the road next week.
