Alton Brown will bring ‘Eat Your Science’ to Spokane

Alton Brown is coming back.

The guru of gastronomy is slated to return to Spokane in March for a performance of “Eat Your Science.” It’s the follow-up to his “Edible Inevitable” tour, which stopped in the Lilac City in March 2015.

The show features multimedia presentations and “potentially dangerous” food demonstrations. It’s scheduled for 7:30 p.m. March 29 at the INB Performing Arts Center.

Season ticket holders for the 2016-2017 Best of Broadway series can buy tickets now using an online promo code. Tickets for general audience members aren’t on sale quite yet.
