Jim and Marjorie Simanton celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family dinner and gathering Saturday in Greenacres.

Hosts for the event include their children: Laura Youngberg, San Diego; Jim Simanton, Kirkland, Washington; Leslie Foster, Greenacres; and Keith Simanton, Edmonds, Washington.

The couple were married June 30, 1951, in Spokane. They have three grandchildren.
