Spokane County Interstate Fair 2014 - Through Sunday. This year’s theme is “Ridin’, Rockin’ and Livestockin’.” Live music, animals, exhibits, amusement rides, food and much more. Spokane Heart & Stroke Walk/5K Run - Runners, walkers and kids can support the local American Heart Association and American Stroke Association through this event with activities for all ages. Heart and stroke survivors, community teams and company teams are all welcome. The 5K walk is non-competitive; the 5K run is chipped and timed and is now a second seed 2015 qualifier for Bloomsday. U.S. Air Force Band of the Golden West - Wild West Winds tour presents free concerts in North Idaho and Eastern Washington by the clarinet quartet from Travis Air Force Base, Calif. Fall Festival - Eighth annual event. See antique farm equipment in action and watch craftspeople demonstrations. A swap meet and sale allows participants to show off their classic automobiles and/or sell vehicle-related parts or the cars, trucks, cycles or tractors. Purchase pie a la mode following the judging of the pie baking contest. See antiques from Junette Dahmen’s collection and try to guess their names and uses. Pizza made on site and a beer garden.
