Abdullah rests for day
Starting safety Husain Abdullah was in street clothes Tuesday for Washington State’s practice, being held out after suffering a slight concussion against San Diego State.
The senior is expected to be in pads today.
Also missing practice was backup running back Chris Ivory, who had an 80-yard run last year against Idaho. Ivory has been bothered by leg injuries earlier but now has a problem with his right shoulder.
Lance Broadus hopes to get on the field for more than the six plays he had against San Diego State. The senior defensive end, recovering from off-season shoulder surgery, said he hopes to get in on as many as 30 plays.
